MPI Awards: Recognizing Excellence in Preservation

MPI’s 36th Awards Ceremony

Four Montgomery County individuals and groups were honored at MPI’s Historic Preservation Awards ceremony on Oct 24, 2025. Each recipient restored or rehabilitated a building, advanced local history and historic places, or otherwise furthered preservation in our County. This event showcased outstanding achievements by extraordinary citizens from all corners of our county and celebrated preservation successes. County Councilmembers, a State legislator, and the County Executive’s Office presented the awards. The event was held at the historic Chevy Chase Village Hall.
