October Open House at the Silver Spring B&O Station
Step on Board! Explore Silver Spring’s Historic Railroad Station!
Special Event: “Tap Into History: A Century of Typewriters”
So why are the keys on my computer keyboard arranged like that? For the answer, check out this traveling pop-up exhibit. You will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to type on a 1913 Royal Standard No.5 or maybe you prefer a 1970’s Safari portable typewriter. Stop by and see for yourself. Ding! Carriage return.
