Discover Tools to Help You Preserve Your Historic Property

Do you own a historic home in Maryland and want to learn how to care for it? The Maryland Historical Trust (MHT) and the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) are hosting a free virtual Roadshow.

You’ll hear directly from the experts who administer programs that can help you repair and revitalize your historic property. Learn about:

• Historic revitalization tax credits that make preservation more affordable
• Low-interest loans for restoration and rehabilitation projects
• Other financial incentives and resources to support your investment in Maryland’s heritage

Whether you’re planning urgent repairs or dreaming of a larger restoration, this Roadshow will connect you with practical tools to help protect the history and character of your home. This program is free, but registration is required. Don’t miss this chance to ask questions and gain insights directly from the people who administer these programs.
