Maryland Historical Trust’s Historic Preservation Non-Capital Grant Program Is Accepting FY2024 Applications

Intents to Apply are due July 1, 2024, and complete applications are due August 1, 2024.

The Maryland Historical Trust is happy to announce that the Historic Preservation Non-Capital Grant Program is now accepting applications for FY 2025!

Funding totaling $300,000 has been distributed from the Maryland Heritage Areas Authority Financing Fund to MHT for non-capital grants. Eligible projects involve research, survey, documentation, conservation, planning, and educational activities concerning historic, architectural, archaeological, or cultural resources. Common grant projects include historic architectural or archaeological surveys, nominations to the National Register of Historic Places, historic contexts and thematic studies, and enhancements of qualifying archaeological collections.
